2. If you are a business entity, complete the dba disclosure from here
3. Print all and sign. File your documents with your local Court. (Small Claim Fees page 6) Send documents to Welch Attorney Service

Welch Attorney Service requires payment for service at the time service is ordered. If paying by mail, we will process you order and get your papers out for service, but "proof of service" will not be provided until payment is received. If your case is in the Riverside County Courts, we will file your proof of service and return a conformed copy to you.
If you are filing your case in the Riverside County Courts, Welch Attorney Service can simplify matters for you by doing the filing, serving and filing of proof all for a flat fee of $110.00 + applicable Court filing fees (service of one entity in the Hemet, San Jacinto area. Other areas slightly higher).
